2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Deliver collaboration features, including agent participation and task handoffs.
• Meter and display usage, and process any applicable billing.
• Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI model processing and third-party providers

To provide AI features, we send relevant content — such as messages, task context, and files you direct an agent to use — to third-party AI model providers for processing and inference. That processing is also governed by those providers' terms and privacy practices.

We aim to share only what is needed to perform the requested operation.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting and AI model providers), with other members of your organization as part of normal collaboration, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, information may be transferred subject to this policy.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as your account or organization is active and as needed to provide the service. When an account or organization is deleted, we remove or de-identify associated content within a commercially reasonable period.

We may retain certain information where required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Residual copies may persist in backups for a limited time before being overwritten.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where it is transferred, we take steps intended to provide an appropriate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Syfo is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
